Steveston South
This neighbourhood contains many select condos in Steveston, some of which overlook Fraser River. Though many of the detached homes that are in this location are not on large lots, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Since Steveston South is so conveniently close to amenities such as the medical clinics, parks and Steveston Community Centre, this is a great place for seniors or families.
The secondary schools for this catchment area are Steveston-London Secondary and McMath Secondary, the latter of which provides students with a French immersion program. Elementary schools are Westwind Elementary and Homma Elementary, which also gives students the opportunity to enter a French immersion program.
Steveston North
Steveston North is also a very nice location to live if you have a growing family. There are a lot of attractions and events that happen nearby, as well as three nice parks. Steveston North has a nice variety of condos, detached homes and townhouses, giving real estate hunters many good options. Unlike the other areas of Steveston, many detached homes in this location have generously sized lots. Schools include Steves Elementary, Diefenbaker Elementary (French immersion program available), Boyd Secondary and Steveston-London Secondary.
Steveston Village
Steveston Village is a location that really embodies the identity of Steveston. It is loved by both visitors and locals because of its charming cultural offerings. There are excellent places to eat, such as Pajo’s and Steveston Pizza, a nice boardwalk and gorgeous views of both the water and mountains. There are detached homes available, as well as luxury condos and townhomes. Schools in the areas include Byng Elementary and McMath Secondary, which provides a French immersion program.
